Sharon is a seasoned HR and business professional with 35 years of experience and is the founder of two successful businesses in the Education and HR arenas.  Sharon also has considerable experience of governance, having been a school governor for 20 years in both primary and secondary schools and is currently Chair of Governors at Southend High School for Boys.
